LYCRA FitSense® is an innovation and breakthrough in elastic technology, providing designers with the ability to adjust elasticity in specific areas when customizing pants, enhancing comfort, shaping, and support. This technology combines a patented Lycra dual-core yarn structure with thermosensitive fibers, woven into fabric by ADWIN. We produce a wide range of LYCRA FitSense® fabrics in Denim, Yarn Dye, PDF, and Piece Dye for various designs and end uses. This technique allows for elastic thermoplastic shaping at any position, length, and area, enabling a flat piece of fabric to transform into an invisible 3D garment after cutting and sewing.
